Welcome to the website of Ace Parking Enforcement Limited. By accessing or using this website, submitting information, making a payment, or using any services made available through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. About Ace Parking Enforcement

Ace Parking Enforcement Limited provides parking enforcement, vehicle booting, parking compliance and related violation-resolution services in Jamaica.

Information available on this website is intended to help motorists understand parking enforcement actions, resolve parking violations, submit appeals and contact our team.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with website security
  • Access another person’s violation or payment information without authorization
  • Attempt to manipulate or bypass the payment process
  • Use the website in a way that may damage or disrupt its operation

3. Parking Violations

Parking enforcement actions may be taken when a vehicle is identified as being in violation of applicable parking restrictions or enforcement requirements.

This may include, where applicable:

  • Unauthorized parking
  • Double parking
  • Parking within restricted areas
  • Parking within designated no-parking zones
  • Parking beside restricted or yellow-marked areas
  • Other applicable parking violations

Details regarding a specific enforcement action should be reviewed using the information provided on the applicable violation notice.

4. Vehicle Booting

Where applicable, a vehicle may be immobilized using a wheel boot as part of a parking enforcement action.

Motorists must not attempt to drive, move, remove, damage or interfere with a wheel boot.

Instructions regarding payment, dispute resolution and vehicle release will be provided through the applicable violation notice or authorized Ace Parking Enforcement communication channels.

5. Parking Violation Payments

Payments made through this website must be completed using accurate payment and violation information.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You understand which parking violation the payment relates to

Payment confirmation does not necessarily constitute immediate vehicle release. Processing and verification may be required before a boot can be removed.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Ace Parking Enforcement Limited does not necessarily receive or store complete card information where transactions are processed through an external secure payment provider.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

7. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Requests relating to incorrect payments, duplicate transactions or other payment concerns should be submitted through our official contact or dispute process.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the circumstances of the transaction and any applicable policies or legal requirements.

Submitting a dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund.

8. Appeals

If you believe that a parking enforcement action was issued incorrectly, you may submit an appeal through our Appeals, General Disputes & Managerial Contact process.

An appeal should include:

  • Violation or notice number
  • Vehicle registration or licence plate
  • Date and location
  • Explanation of the dispute
  • Relevant photographs or supporting documentation
  • Valid contact information

Submitting an appeal does not automatically cancel a violation or enforcement action unless confirmation is provided by Ace Parking Enforcement.

We aim to provide accurate and current information on this website.

However, information relating to services, procedures, payment options or enforcement processes may be updated from time to time.

Where information on the website differs from an official violation notice or direct communication from Ace Parking Enforcement, please contact us for clarification.
